
In making some kvass the other day, I did quite a bit of carrot shaving. Seeing as I’ve seen zucchini used as impromptu ‘noodle’ ribbons, I decided to carry the concept over to the carrots. Hell while I’m at it, I figured might as well do celery too. Here is the product:
Carrot and Celery Ribbons
Shaved carrots
Shaved celery
Coconut oil
To make: so simple, all did was shave the vegetables, toss them in some coconut oil with sea salt, served with eggs cooked in bone broth.
