
I’ve been so excited about my new ferments and together they were ready! This my fermented salsa.
- Homemade salsa (I used organic tomatoes, garlic, pepper, onion and some line juice)
- 2 T grass fed whey
- 1 T Hawaiian sea salt
I let it set out for 3 days and I’ll put it in the frig today. I served it on top of my eggs that I cooked in a smidge of grass fed tallow and bone broth. Served with a side of vegetables tossed in a bit of coconut oil that I took the time to put on my face as well.
