
Recipes from my Grandma Paulins today!
Marinated Asparagus
• 2 lbs Asparagus
• 3/4 cup EVOO
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
• 4 cloves Garlic
• 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
How to make it: Boil asparagus for 3 minutes and drain. Plunge into an ice bath; drain. Arrange in a baking dish. Whisk olive oil, honey, vinegar, garlic and pepper. Pour over asparagus. Cover and chill 8 hours. Drain before serving. Thanks to my grandma Linda Paulin, an awesome cook!
