
What’s in it:
1 Large portabella mushroom
1/3 cup Italian cheese
4 oz ground Turkey (pre-cook)
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Country Bob’s seasonings
How to make it:
Preheat oven to 325°. Remove stem from mushroom. Scoop out the insides of the mushroom and place in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix with hands. Stuff back inside the mushroom. Place on a cooking sheet. Sprinkle cheese on the top. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is browned. Men might eat 2 of these because they’ll get more protein, but this recipe is based on a serving for my wife (and most of my clients).
